Calm Mind Therapy
At Calm Mind Therapy, we understand that reaching out for support isn’t always easy. Taking that first step can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to do it alone.

I am a mindful therapist utilizing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients manage mood and anxiety to move away from autopilot and engage more fully in their lives. I use principles of interpersonal neurobiology (IPNB) to explore how mind, body, and relationships work together, creating space for growth, deeper self-understanding, and healthier ways of connecting with others.
My approach is highly goal-oriented, with a strong emphasis on identifying and cultivating the quality of life each client envisions for themselves, supported by mindful living practices.
I believe that connection and trust are the foundation of any meaningful therapeutic relationship. My role is to guide and support clients in uncovering their inner strengths and creating the changes they wish to see, ultimately improving their overall health and well-being. I view therapy as a collaborative process with clearly defined goals and an intentional end point. It is a privilege to support clients in such a personal and transformative way, and I find deep fulfillment and purpose in this work.

I approach therapy with the belief that change happens through relationship: by feeling heard, understood, and met without judgment. Rather than telling you how to view your experiences, my role is to listen closely, create space for reflection, and support new perspectives as they emerge.
I provide therapy to adolescents and teens, young adults, parents, and families via telehealth across California. Much of my work centers on supporting clients through anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, grief, and challenges that arise within family and relational systems.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and humanistic, integrating psychodynamic insight, trauma-responsive care, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and social learning theory. I aim to work at your pace, walking alongside you as we explore past experiences, make sense of present challenges, and gently examine patterns or beliefs that may no longer feel supportive.
I have particular interest in working with adolescents, teens, and young adults as they navigate identity development and family transitions, as well as working with parents who may feel overwhelmed or uncertain. I view therapy as a collaborative, evolving process that honors lived experience while creating space for growth, self-understanding, and meaningful connection.

I offer a warm and affirming space to explore the intersections of identity, culture, and relationships. As a multi-racial therapist, I understand the complexity of identity and the impact of systemic forces on our well-being. My work centers on helping you connect with all parts of yourself, embrace self-worth, and cultivate more authentic and nourishing relationships.
I support individuals navigating feelings of inadequacy, disconnection, or uncertainty, as well as families, couples, and other relational systems seeking greater intimacy, trust, and communication. I also specialize in supporting parents and caregivers to heal from their own childhood wounds and practice more mindful, compassionate parenting.
With lived experience of trauma and addiction, I take a harm-reduction, nonjudgmental approach to substance use and other addictive processes. Together we’ll uncover the roots of suffering, reduce harm, and co-create sustainable changes that foster connection and freedom.
Whether you’re seeking to heal, strengthen relationships, or deepen your authenticity, I’m here to walk with you toward greater self-compassion, belonging, and growth.

I'll be honored to walk beside you on this journey – a path of healing, of growth, of remembering yourself.
I work with individuals and couples navigating life's storms: the quiet ache of grief, the upheaval of transitions, the shadows of trauma, anxiety, depression, the echoes of childhood wounds, and the tangled threads of relationships.
Healing often begins with a simple conversation, a pause, a breath, a space to be seen and heard. Together, we'll explore the patterns that shape your heart, the stories that sculpt your emotions, and the invisible threads that connect your past to your present.
My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and deeply human: attachment-based therapy, mindfulness, parts work (TIST), interpersonal neurobiology (IPNB), EMDR – each path chosen with your story in mind. Cultural humility guides me. This is a space where every identity, every experience, every part of you is honored.
I would be honored to help you rediscover joy, inner strength, and the beauty of meaningful connection.
